And, if you're wondering who owns him... I wish I could figure it out, too. He was originally created by Shiny Entertainment. Looking though some history, here, he might currently belong to Interplay Entertainment, VIS Entertainment or Atari. I've narrowed it down that much!
Seems Earthworm Jim is currently owned by Interplay (the creators of Fallout), which is owned by Bethesda (the creators of The Elder Scrolls).
